Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders via United States Postal Service, UPS and other trusted carriers. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

Verify the shipping address provided at checkout

Check around your property (porch, mailbox, garage, side entrances)

Check with neighbors or other household members

Contact your local post office for additional delivery details
Please note that carriers such as United States Postal Service may mark packages as delivered before final drop-off. We recommend waiting 24–48 hours after a “delivered” scan.
If your package is still missing after this period, please contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date for further assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you choose to opt-in for our package insurance at checkout, you’ll be protected against verified claims for damaged, lost, stolen, or missing packages.
In the rare event something goes wrong during shipping, we make it quick and easy to file a claim. If approved, you’ll receive either a refund via gift card or a reshipment of your order.
If you chose not to opt-in for our package insurance and are experiencing a lost, damaged, or missing package, our customer experience team will do their best to assist you with the resources available to us.
Signature Confirmation & High-Value Orders
Higher-value orders ($400+) will include a complimentary signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your package.
